The Visiting Animal Friends mission is twofold: 1. Increase the joy in the lives of animals, and 2. Train dog and cat parents about how to best care for their animal companions and let them care for us back.
Our Services
Pet Sitting
Charged hourly for 1-4 hour drop in visits, or per day in 24 segment. We enjoy bonding with our animal friends for quality time during out house sit bookings. A meet and greet will take place where details get discussed at your residence, and that way your and your pets can meet us. Meet and greets allow us to ensure we are an excellent fit for you and your animals or refer you to another professional. Some pet sits will include two animal caretakers assigned to your pet(s) and home to ensure the quality of care remains high for longer pet sits, for instance, more than 7 consecutive days.
A couple of questions are asked by us pre-meet and greet scheduling to weed out obvious mismatches and square away safety concerns. Please see our booking page to inquire about date availability, and tell us a little more about you and your pet’s needs, and routine.
The coolest part? Every animal caretaker on staff is Dog and Cat CPR and First Aid Certified with the American Red Cross.

“Poppy had a great time on vacation and was a VERY good girl with other dogs and people all off leash. It was awesome - could see your training!”

“Jay took excellent care of our beloved, elderly fur baby Jersey! They were very patient with our sweet boy, who has unique needs as he’s aging. Jay was also very patient with me, an anxious dog mom, and sent me plenty of adorable photos and updates throughout their 4-night stay in our home. I felt completely at ease, knowing our boy was receiving exceptional and attentive care from Jay. It allowed us to fully enjoy our trip away. I have high standards for pet/house sitters, and I highly recommend Jay!”

“Jay was great! We have a 12 week old puppy and a 13 year old pug. They took super good care of both dogs, followed instructions well, and were super respectful of our home…they even washed our bedding and towels before we got home! Communication from the very beginning all the way to the end was great… we received so many cute photos of the dogs which gave us comfort knowing they were getting lots of attention while we were away. We 100% would recommend Jay and book them again!”

Jay was fantastic! My wife and I were traveling for 2 weeks. Jay took care of our cats, and on rebooks our new Great Dane puppy Romeo. They took photos and spent time with the cats and puppy during each visit. When we returned home, our cats and puppy were calm and happy. I highly recommend Jay, and I will be requesting again in the future!
